A New Year is upon us and with it comes hope for a better year than the last. Just about one year ago (COVID-19) commanded our attention and has yet to release it. There is hope on the horizon in the form of a vaccine which will be available to all this coming year.
Please know that your Union Building Trades FCU team is still doing everything possible to keep our employees and our members, safe while continuing to do “business as usual”. The term “usual” has been redefined for certain. Our team arrives early and stays late to disinfect and sanitize all areas to keep our staff of 16 healthy. Masks are worn by all throughout the building and social distancing is still in place.
Though our lobbies at both branches remain closed for in-person foot traffic the Parsippany branch office continues to service our members using our two drive-up lanes. The Delaware office is available to provide contactless transactions by calling first to arrange the transaction needed. The operating hours remain: Parsippany office hours: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm M-F and Delaware branch hours are 9:00 to 4:00. Whether you’re paying a bill through the UBTFCU Bill Pay, checking an account balance or transferring money using our Virtual Branch mobile app, or checking balances toll-free 1-800-741-4981, our goal remains to enable you to conduct your business.
