A message to our members

Updated May 14-Reopening our branch lobbies.

Spring is in full swing with its wonderful warm temps.   Just over one year ago (COVID-19) commanded our attention  but things are taking a positive turn as the ability to get a COVID vaccine is here.   

We have missed seeing our members in person.. through this pandemic we have greatly appreciated all who have utilized our two drive up lanes daily.   We continue to implement the best practices as dictated by the CDC and our State.  We will be welcoming you back to our lobbies in June 2021.

We appreciate your understanding in adhering to our new safety protocols when you do visit our branches.  Masks are to be worn by all who enter and social distancing is still in effect.  We will have barriers setup to assist with keeping you safe and distance from both the staff and other members.  We will also be implementing a maximum capacity allowed in the lobby at one time.  Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks. 

As always, until that time.. The Drive up lanes are open and will remain open for your use.  Available to all members are is electronic banking 24/7. Whether you’re paying a bill through the UBTFCU Bill Pay, checking an account balance or transferring money using our Virtual Branch mobile app, or checking balances toll-free 1-800-741-4981, our goal remains to enable you to conduct your business.
